I had a good sleep—the bed was comfortable. However, housekeeping seemed to have missed wiping the mirror at the dressing table. The staff were okay, though not particularly friendly. During check-in on the night of the 8th April 2025 around 10 PM, the receptionist assisting us didn’t make eye contact or smile when I handed over my passport. On the other hand, the other receptionist was more approachable and even gave my husband some recommendations for local eateries.

Staff were lovely, the hotel is also trying to add to the sustainability. Bed was comfy, not too hard but not too soft. Big rooms for such an affordable price. Nice & close to orchard road. I would definitely stay again would just ask to be on a floor away from other residents due to sound.

The hotel is in a great location proximal to the illustrious Orchard Road. It is within walking distance of some of Singapore's largest shopping centers such as ION or Paragon.

Very good location 10mn walking to Paragon shopping Nice pool but the noise from the construction next door ruins the charm, hope it won t last for months

Staff was very helpfull kind and loving. Breakfast was great. Location was very central and direct accsess to metro, very usefull. Lobby area beatifull.

Hotel is located in a quiet location about a 10 minutes walk to Orchard Rd. It has a nice pool area for relaxation. I booked a deluxe room and it is clean and spacious. My booking did not include breakfast.
