The hotel is in a great location proximal to the illustrious Orchard Road. It is within walking distance of some of Singapore's largest shopping centers such as ION or Paragon.

Very good location 10mn walking to Paragon shopping Nice pool but the noise from the construction next door ruins the charm, hope it won t last for months

Staff was very helpfull kind and loving. Breakfast was great. Location was very central and direct accsess to metro, very usefull. Lobby area beatifull.

The location is so central to orchard and much less expensive compared to other hotels nearby. The rooms are also a lot bigger and has a bubble lift which is very exciting for toddlers and adults alike.

Helpful and courteous staff. Special thanks to Ana and Raymond. Clean room. Clean swimming pool. Walking distance to Paragon Mall however be prepared to exert more effort as going back to the hotel is a bit uphill.

The staffs were very friendly and well accommodating. We arrived at the hotel 2 hours before the standard check-in time and still the hotel staffs managed to give us 2 (well inspected and cleaned) rooms. When I visited SG, the hotel was still undergoing renovation but the ambience within the hotel was very charming. The location is nice and happening, although it might be a bit far away from Changi airport (~1h by MRT), but is closer to other tourist spots (Marina Bay, Sentosa, Zoo, etc.)
